Client: Investment Advisor Group
Description: As a web designer specialist at SourceMedia, I’ve had the pleasure to work with a team of designers to redesign and maintain websites for our company’s financial publications. An example site I am in charge of is Financial Planning. The challenge I face everyday is to keep the design consistent and clean and to update the website. I do this by using a homegrown content management system and style the website through customized CSS [cascading style sheets].

The challenge was to design the advertisment without knowing or playing the game. I researched the industry and the art they had created for the game. I used Flash to build the advertisements and implemented some actionscript.
Concept, Design, Flash
These illustrations were all done in Flash. I found inspiring pictures on the web and I recreated it in Flash using the line tool and the paint tool. This simple form of illustrating inspired me to include these in my portfolio. I haven’t found a home for them yet, but hope to make more and create a gallery to showcase them.
